Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dog Hub (“Dog Hub”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a kennel and dog management platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

Dog Hub is an information-management platform that helps breeders, trainers, and dog owners record and organise dog profiles, health records, pedigrees, litters, training logs, shows, finances, and public portfolios. The service is provided on a software-as-a-service basis and may be offered through free and paid subscription plans.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• upload content that infringes the rights of others or that is unlawful, harmful, or misleading;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or our systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service;
• resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to Dog Hub (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content, including any data about dogs, owners, or third parties.

5. Public Links and Sharing

Dog Hub allows you to create public, read-only links to selected information. You control what is shared on each link. Anything you choose to make public may be accessed by anyone with the link. We are not responsible for information you elect to publish.

6. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

New workspaces receive a 30-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial, you may subscribe to a paid plan or continue on the free tier. Paid plans are available monthly (€40/month), every 6 months (€200), or annually (€360), billed upfront for the chosen period. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds except as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Medical Disclaimer

Dog Hub is an information-management tool and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian regarding the health of your animals.

9. Intellectual Property

The service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Dog Hub and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dog Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. Data retention after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
